Our President:
| The President of our firm, Mr. Russ Walter, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida, (currently inactive). Previously he held Unlimited General Contractor licenses in three states. He worked in engineering and construction for nineteen years. Russ worked for three ENR top 100 firms before starting Synergy Professionals. During that time he spent nine years in engineering and project management, and another ten as a Chief Estimator. Why choose Synergy Professionals?
• Unlike Synergy Professionals, most recruiters don’t know the
engineering and construction industry. They are sales people who
have never worked in the industry. That prevents them from
understanding the needs of their client or the qualifications and goals of
the candidate. They are not capable of providing effective service to
